1. Operator
This website is operated by Thicle Sarl-S, 3 Um Paerchen, 8352 Dahlem, Luxembourg, company number B265768, VAT LU33898674 (“Thicle”, “we”, “us”).
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business evaluation of BanterBolt. You must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, submit malicious material, scrape it in a manner that degrades service, or misrepresent your identity.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist records your interest; it does not create a right to access, a purchase, a subscription, or a promise that an invitation will arrive by a particular date. Invitations may be limited, phased, or withheld. You must provide an email address you are entitled to use.
You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing info@banterbolt.com.
4. Private beta
BanterBolt is under active development. Features described on this site reflect the private beta direction and may change before release. Invited testers will receive separate beta terms and privacy information before using the application.
5. No growth guarantee
BanterBolt may help users evaluate conversations, draft X content, schedule original posts, and learn from performance. Results depend on the user, account, audience, content, X systems, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee followers, impressions, engagement, virality, monetization eligibility, revenue, or any other outcome. BanterBolt is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp.
6. Intellectual property
The website, BanterBolt name, mascot, visual identity, software descriptions, and original content belong to Thicle or its licensors. You may link to the public site and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy or present the brand or site as your own.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to X and service providers. Their services have separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but provide it on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thicle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website or inability to join the waitlist. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update the website and these terms. The current version and effective date will remain available here. Continued use after a change means the updated website terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Courts in Luxembourg have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply where you live.
